He's back! I don't like when he goes to the Blackpool. It is not safe out there without us looking after him. Thank God he is OK! I was so worried about him! I like that he shaved too! He is so sexy!
I got excited that he might make his way down the British Isles and end up near me in Southend or Walton-on-the-Naze but alas he sold out and went back across the pond! Damn it Gyllenhaal!! As for the open bike shirt/top/thing I like it! Nice to see him stubble free for once but it would be nice if there was a little to play with!
I'm guessing he read some of the comments about looking like he put on a few pounds during his vacation and has decided to work them off. Anything that gets him to unzip his clothing works for me!!
Maybe its just the way his shirt is blowing, but then I look at that spandexed thigh and OMG he's beefed up!!! I mean, those thighs look powerful. I like a little heft to my Jake. (sigh.) This man is so unbelievably beautiful he makes my heart ache.
ohh, i didn't realize how much i missed jake's baby face! i'm loving little-clothed, clean-shaven jake. the beard was okay for a while, but i hope this look stays...
also, he looks sooo good and perfectly toned-- i think with the beach pics it was definitely a matter of angles and the camera adding weight.
Smurfette I agree that it must sometimes be the camera angle adding extra pounds ... Otherwise JG should be scientifically studied for being the human being who can gain/loose weight in the shortest amount of time ... ever!

Wouldn't it be thrilling & a little frightening if he had read the comments? But honestly, though I try, I can't imagine Jake spending much time on the Internet reading about himself. I think he'd be too weirded out by that, and so he'd avoid it. It would be uncharacteristically narcissistic of him, too. And he's so very active, even during his so-called downtime -- he's off bicycling or doing weight training, getting a fake tattoo, or buying more gray t-shirts & sneakers, or conferring with his agent, his lawyers, his accountants, or texting on his BlackBerry while carrying a smoothie & getting out his car keys, or dining out in fine restaurants with various companions. He's just not the type to be Net surfing for hours or googling "Gyllenhaal." (If he was, his butt would be much bigger.)
I think he looked a little bulkier in the beach photos because of where the towel was tied around his waist. He looks quite fit in this new bike picture.
I agree that the towel and the camera angle gave the impression he gained some weight, but I also think that he lost a lot of weight pretty quickly and he probably did gain a bit while at MV.I've been studying the beach pics verrrry carefully and I like it a LOT!

Shaved legs also cut down on wind resistance. Competitive swimmers shave, um, everything. At least cyclists leave the body hair alone - I do love a man with a furry chest...just not that fond of furry butts.... ;)
