As I've stated before Jake Watch is a place where people, who are prehaps on the outskirts of society, can come and express their unhealthly feelings about Jake Gyllenhaal. Now who am I to limit this service to just the one cause. Let's talk about some other weird shit! Ever found someone really attractive only to be greeted with looks of bemusement/shock/horror when you shared this information with others? Yes, todays topic is strange crushes. I'll go first...

I actually dated a guy once who looked almost exactly like Jason Lee cleaned up -- and who, btw, dumped my ass, so I always have mixed feelings when I see him. And BPB, I *adore* your site, even when Jake news is slow.
There's nothing wrong with spending a little time on Jason Lee. I have yet to miss an episode of My Name is Earl and I'm not afraid to admit it. All the cool kids are watching it (I say this without knowing if it's even on in Britain).
My strange crush would be Seth Green I guess. I don't know what most people think about him, but I think he is damn adorable and for me, he's like 2nd or 3rd to Jake.

Peter Sarsgaard is not a strange crush. Peter Sarsgaard is completely understandable. I guess most of these aren't too bad. I was waiting for someone to mention Gyllenhaal Senior again (you sickos).

Has Prince become a strange crush? He's really old and has always been extremely womanly but women looove him. I'm bi so it makes sense but strait women dress up like whores to go to his concerts. He still looks amazing. Peter is yumtastic. Mark Ruffalo is a grade a piece of tale as well. Could see him not being everybody's cup o' tea.
Gary Oldman is definitely not a strange crush.. the man has more charisma and sex appeal than oh... a dozen hollywood studlies on steroids. Even more than the Gyllenhaal himself I'm afraid. It's that mouth of his..*shudders*
I have an English lecturer that looks like Gary Oldman - he has an experimental jazz band so we mock him but he is kinda sexy.
