WAIT A MINUTE MR POSTMAN

The gods of airmail have smiled down upon us and delievered the Boo T Shirt just in the nick of time. To prove to you that it is now in my house I have shot it alongside Larry The Disilluionised Lemar of 'Fan Of The Week' and 'World's Shittest Zoo' fame.

I think I've captured the look of sheer joy on Larry's face and don't worry, the radiator wasn't on.

This image was brought to you by oodles of technology.

Edit: Larger Version (I hope you realise I had to unpack the camera for this pic)
It shall soon (early August-ish) be packaged and bound alongside Pop's special shirt and sent via carrier pigeon to a top secret mail station security box somewhere in the Hollywood hills.

PS: I have edited the sidebar slightly ready for the move and makeover and it now includes a special Jake Watch version of Jake's biography (and britpopbaby's too if you care).

It's under "Blog" and then "About the Author." It's equally entertaining. :) Brits, I think you should include this lovely lemur + shirt picture in the top secret package, just to let the Gyllenhaals know what an exotic operation you've got going on here. :D

Will do, PG and I'm also going to pen a letter in the vein of 'Please wear this and we get free stuff'.

Oh, britpop, once again you're making me LMFAO!! You're hysterical!

And GREAT news about the shirt! Can't wait for Jake to get it! *squee*

Britpop, can you post a close up picture of the shirt, this one is so tiny. The shirt, etc. going to Jake is genius! Is it getting to him through Cantara?

Where does it say Boo on the t-shirt?Can't see it?

After getting a look at the breadth of Jake's back, I really hope the shirt fits!

I'll second the request to post an larged picture, since I can't see how much personalization went into this special edition of the "Obey the Puggle!" t-shirt.

Sorry, it was taken with my phone but I'll see if I can take one with the camera.

It says Boo at the bottom on a banner.

Yay. It looks really nice, I', glad it came before you left Brits!

Nothing Really Matters said...

Yuo should have put it on Brits!

britpopbaby said...

I considered it. Believe me.

Nothing Really Matters said...

Go put it on!

Oh, it's a lovely apparel item. Hope that Jake actually gets it, as it travels through its various byways. Would you get any acknowledgment at all, I wonder? Perhaps, if Jake likes it, he'll order a small matching one for Boo. (Though Jake seems unlikely to dress up Boo in little outfits -- and anyway, Boo appears to be rather more beagle-ish than puggish, which means he'd bark loudly & bite to shreds anything someone tried to pull over his head.)

Anon 9:04 AM, here.

Looks great, Brit! Thanks for unpacking the camera and enlarging the picture so we can see the "Boo"! Love seeing you behind the scenes. ;) Yes, if you can put it on, do it, lol!

Anonymous said...

Brit, if I were you I would. Might be the closest you ever get to him!

britpopbaby said...

Well it's kinda, sorta going through Cantara some acknowledgement of delievery. Y'all acting like he's not going to put it on the moment he gets it?!

If I email you a message to give to Jakey, can you pass it on with the shirt? (I already know the answer to that, I was just...I don't know what I was doing. I'm insane.) Anyway, adorable shirt!! What an awesome idea. :)

Ooohhh! I used to live in Flipelsworth back in 1996. I could have passed him on the street!

;-D

Great bio, britpop! Seriously, the Gyllenhaals should read it - just to see that you are not the average Gyllenstalker... You've got class! ;-)

britpopbaby said...

Sorry, gin :(. I might be able to include your sentiment in my comedy begging letter? Depends what it is tho...no smut ;).

Nothing Really Matters said...

Tell him Pussy loves him!

Anonymous said...

Oh wow. I'd have to think of something clever. No smut. I'm cracking under the pressure!
OK. Well, tell him Amanda (aka gin) looooves him and that he needs to visit Virginia. ;)

britpopbaby said...

Collective love vibes are fine.

Nothing Really Matters said...

Hey Brits Maybe you could make a page were well could all sign and leave a message of love. A very small message!

britpopbaby said...

I'm saving that sort of stuff for when we send the Jake Watch: The Movie script.

Nothing Really Matters said...

Oh right that is a plan! The Boo shirt really does look good. Maybe you should send a photo of you in it to Jake!

Oh, Brit, I do trust your delivery channels. Really, I do. It's just that I've **heard** that Jake doesn't reply to fan mail or acknowledge gifts that are sent to him -- at least, that anyone knows of. (Does anyone here blame him? I think some of the mail might thrill him, but some of it might appall any reasonable person, also.) So I'd be surprised & delighted if you were thanked or receipt was acknowledged.

I like much your design for the Boo shirt, and this is more colorful and puppy than the postage shirt.

Lovely t-shirt, well done.

Brits, the bio is hilarious. The first bit brings to mind Malcolm Pryce.

Fantastic t-shirt. Jake will love it. I love it. In fact, I want one.

I'm sure there will be photographic evidence in time that JakeyG got his Boo Puggle T-shirt!

Good work.

nice anon, we discussed this here, actually, I think. iheartjake sent him a scrap book and he never acknowledged it.

Anonymous said...

Oh think positive thoughts!
It's a cute shirt, and I'm sure he'll get a chuckle out of it. ;)

britpopbaby said...

nice anon, don't fret. It's not being sent to his fanmail address ;)

Anonymous said...

YAY! Then I hope he thanks you nicely, with a little note or a verbal message. Even better if he's photographed wearing the t-shirt when he goes out for a smoothie or a run to the drugstore.

The Boo shirt is fantastic.

cina said...

Wohoo! A tipsy-topsy-too Agent Cina likes the Boo shirt veery much! And let me tell ya girl - your Jake biography made me spray the remains of my gazillionth Mojito all over the computer screen! Bwwahaahaha!

I better go to bed now before I write something so silly I can't show my ugly face here again.

Tataa! ZZZZZzzzzzzz....

zoo said...

Hahaha Cina is drunk, brilliant.

cina said...

I've sobered up now... LOL!
But I still find the biography hi-larious! And yours as well britop - I read it while I was having breakfast and I almost choked on my sandwich from laughter! You have a unique mind girl...!
