OFF TOPIC: THE SWEETEST THING

Yay! It's Peter Sarsgaard and Maggie. Only one thing missing...JAKENESS! Actually it's probably a good job he wasn't there because I'm already uber excited today (finished my dissertation!) and I might have fallen off my chair and injured myself by landing on all the crap I have lying around my desk.

Congratulations on finishing up the dissertation, britpopbaby! That is truly something to be "uber excited" about. :)

Sarsgaard and Maggie...so cute! Young love, new parents-to-be...oh my, the adventures they will have! ;)

Aww, love me some Maggie and Peter!

These photos are so cute and carefree, I especially love the first one. The second one made me laugh because Peter seems hesitant to cross the street. He needn't be nervous, though, he's got a Gyllenhaal hand to take; they wrote the book on Crossing Streets 101.

And a big congratulations, britpopbaby! It must be a great feeling. :)

Peter and Maggie look so sweet together. Off topic also I saw the Queen today as she was in Oxford. After irritating all my lovely (cough!) co-workers all day, my manager came over and told me to take a little walk. We went outside and he said wait here and the Queen will be coming by! I was so existed; she came around the corner in her car and waved right at me. Long live the Queen.

You saw the queen???
What's the occasion?
And congrats britpopB. One step closer to the dreary reality of of 9-5.
Sorry, couldn't resist, I'm sure you'll end up in some fantabulous prestige company and not a grindhouse like me.
Wished I worked a little harder at them grades in school *sobs*

Oh my God, anonymous 11:42! That's so exciting!! I saw the queen one time myself. It was a thrilling experience. She was driving around in Windsor Castle and stopped directly in front of me. She ignored me as I tactlessly snapped photographs.

Back on topic...way to go, britpopbaby!! Such a relief, I'm sure. And Peter & Maggie? I love them. LOVE them. No end to my love.

Congratulations on finishing your dissertation! (Now print it out & save the file compulsively, everywhere possible, keeping a disk inside your refrigerator in case of a fire, as a friend does with her novel MS.) When do you hand it in? I'm glad that the mere bother of completing a dissertation did not keep you from valiantly updating the blog daily. Jake would be proud.

I know! I so could not be bothered with it by the end, I just rambled to make up the word count. I'm sure I'll regret that by the summer but, meh. I handed it in today at 2pm. Good riddens! And I hope Jake appreciates my dedication or is at the very least petrified by it.

What do Maggie Jake and Peter talk about on their many cafe jaunts and Scrabble nights? Hmmm I wonder.

I would LOVE to be a fly on that wall.

Congratulations Britpopbaby on finishing your dissertation. I spent weeks with my computer.

Hey Kokodee the Queen was opening a memorial garden for her late sister Princess Margaret, as well as the Oxford Castle complex.

Who should also walk into our shop??? Emily Bishop, Played by Eileen Derbyshire from Coronation Street.

Lets hope Jake took a flight over and will vist me tomorrow. Oxford is so the place to be!
